SEWER WORK: Line to be constructed on Northline Road, beginning November 9

The City of Taylor will construct a sanitary sewer along the south side of Northline Road, from west of Pardee Road to Robert Street. Bidigare Contractors, Inc. will do the work.

Mobilization, traffic control and construction is scheduled to begin November 9. The project will last approximately three weeks. Working hours will be 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

Bidigare will be installing the sanitary sewer by the directional boring method to reduce the amount of excavation.

The right lane of eastbound Northline Road from Robert Street to Pardee Road may be closed to traffic during the project to facilitate construction activities.

Trash pick-up will continue on the regularly scheduled day. Continue to place the trash receptacles at curbside.

We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause. The City and Bidigare will try to limit the inconvenience. Your cooperation in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions please contact Greg Mayhew, City Engineer, at 734) 374-1473, or by email at gmayhew@ci.taylor.mi.us.
