48. Applications will only be held 60 days from the date of submittal. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
    After use has been approved, please schedule your Commercial Re-occupancy inspections, apply for your Business License & call Fire Dept. for inspection.
50. Please see Table A.1 of the City of Taylor Zoning Ordinance for Uses Permitted by Zoning district. Uses requiring a Special or Regulated Land Use Approval will be denied and the applicant may apply to the Planning Commission by the site plan application procedure.
