This application must be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the event.
Maximum duration of event is seven (7) days. Maximum number of events are two (2) per year, per property or business.
$1,800.00 ($800.00 inspection fee + $1,000.00 refundable bond- to be returned upon site cleanup). If electricity is used: additional $150.00 electrical inspection fee will apply.

You must call the Building Department (734) 287-6550 & Fire Department (734) 374-1355 for an inspection at least 24 hrs. prior to the start of sales or your bond will be forfeited and applicable fines will be assessed. Any inspections occurring outside of normal city business hours will be additionally billed to the applicant.
YOU MUST CONTACT THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR A FINAL INSPECTION AFTER CLEANUP OR YOUR BOND WILL BE FORFEITED.

You also acknowledge that the City may require site improvements, such as fencing, increased setbacks, additional security and/or restricted hours of operation to help insure compatibility with the surrounding land uses.
