    To the City of Taylor Planning Commission : The undersigned respectfully petition(s) Planning Commission for site plan review as provided for by the Taylor, Michigan Code of Ordinances, Appendix A - Zoning, and in support of this Petition, the following facts are shown:

  11. Site Plan Review Submittal Must Include the following:
  12. Proof of ownership
    Copy of deed or agreement to purchase, and any cross-access agreements (if applicable).
  13. Sixteen sets of site plans and one digital copy
    Plans must be signed, stamped/sealed by a registered Architect/Engineer. Plans MUST include all data required by Section 19.04 of the Zoning Ordinance. Plans must be collated and folded to 9" X 12".
  14. Site Plan Review Procedure:
    Upon initial filing, all site plans are reviewed by the Administrative Review Committee (ARC), which consists of Planning, Building, Engineering, Police and Fire Departments. Applicants do not attend these meetings. ARC meets weekly, every Tuesday. Deadline for ARC review is noon Fridays. This review is usually one week. Plans must pass ARC review, prior to being placed on a Planning Commission agenda. You will be notified of your project status the Friday after the ARC review is complete. Planning Commission meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
